Our acquisitions team reviews provenance, market positioning, and program fit. You will hear back within two business days.
We arrange an inspection at your location or with a trusted partner shop. Service records, title, and identifying photographs are collected.
Together we agree on positioning, target price, and the listing window. Nothing about your vehicle is published until you approve it.
You sign the Remote Consignment Addendum and Consignment Agreement. The questionnaire is incorporated by reference.
Onboarding fee is collected and the listing is prepared.
Your vehicle is placed in the RP Marketplace portfolio with the Off-Site marker so buyers know it is owned by an RP client and located off-site.
We expose the listing to our private client network and the public marketplace simultaneously, in parallel and with consistent positioning.
Inquiries route to your assigned advisor, who negotiates on your behalf, brings you considered proposals, and never accepts on your behalf without your sign-off.
Once a proposal is accepted, the buyer commits with a deposit. RP Exotics underwrites the transaction process from there.
Funds clear into RP escrow. Title transfer, lien payoff if applicable, and logistics are coordinated through us.
The vehicle is collected from your location and placed with its new owner. You receive the net proceeds and a complete record of the transaction.

Monthly, after the first 30 days

The first 30 days are included in your onboarding. After that, the listing carries a flat monthly fee for the duration it remains active.

Calculated on the final sale price. Deducted at closing alongside any agreed costs documented in the Consignment Agreement.
Final amounts are confirmed in your Consignment Agreement before you sign.
Remote consignment relies on three commitments. They protect the program, your price, and the buyer.
While your vehicle is placed with RP Marketplace, it is not actively listed elsewhere. Multi-listing fragments the market and confuses buyers about authoritative price and condition.
The Remote Consignor Vehicle Questionnaire is incorporated into the Consignment Agreement. Material misrepresentations discovered before or after sale carry real consequences. Where you do not know an answer, write Unknown rather than guessing.
All buyer conversations route through your assigned advisor. Direct seller-buyer contact during the listing period creates legal and pricing risk for both sides; we keep it on platform until the acquisition closes.
