Admin/Title Assistant

Our mission is to provide professional, transparent service while ensuring every vehicle transaction complies with state and federal regulations. We are seeking a motivated individual to help us continue building trust and efficiency in our operations.

Title and Registration Processing

• Process vehicle titles, registrations, and transfers accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with state DMV offices and regulatory agencies
• Track title status and follow up on pending applications
• Handle lien releases, payoffs, temporary tags, and permits

Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle files
• Prepare and organize sales documentation packages
• Process warranty registrations and extended service contracts
• Handle customer inquiries regarding title and registration status
• Assist with inventory management, vehicle history reports, and CRM cost tracking

Compliance and Documentation

• Ensure all transactions comply with state and federal regulations
• Maintain documentation for audits and reporting requirements
• Handle dealer licensing renewals and filings
• Stay current on regulatory changes

Customer Service

• Communicate procedures and timelines clearly with customers
• Resolve title-related issues and discrepancies
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and vendors

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of automotive administration experience preferred
• Previous title clerk or DMV experience highly desirable
• Experience with dealer management systems (DMS) a plus
