Consignment & Buying Specialist

RP Exotics is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Consignment & Buying Specialist. This position plays a critical role in the continued growth of our inventory and client partnerships by facilitating vehicle acquisitions and consignment intake with precision, professionalism, and a long-term strategic mindset.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for automobiles, strong interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to perform market research and analysis to support accurate vehicle valuations. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role suited for someone eager to build a lasting career within the luxury and exotic automotive space.

• Build and manage trusted client relationships through transparent and consistent communication
• Conduct market research to assess vehicle demand, value, and pricing strategy
• Facilitate consignment vehicle intake and onboarding, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
• Identify, evaluate, and acquire vehicles that align with company inventory goals
• Coordinate with internal departments including sales, reconditioning, and marketing to ensure vehicles are presented to the highest standard
• Maintain high standards of compliance, accuracy, and professionalism in all transactions
• Assist with title work, vehicle inspections, and contract management as needed

• Demonstrated interest or background in automotive sales or dealership operations
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client service skills
• Strong analytical ability and familiarity with market research tools and valuation platforms
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously
• Self-motivated with a willingness to contribute beyond primary responsibilities
• Previous dealership or high-end vehicle experience is preferred but not required
