Detail Technician

RP Exotics is seeking a dedicated Detail Technician to join our Recon Department. This role is essential to maintaining the pristine condition and presentation of our luxury and exotic vehicles. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

• Perform full interior and exterior detailing on luxury and exotic vehicles
• Wash, wax, polish, and buff vehicles to showroom standards
• Clean and treat upholstery, carpets, and leather surfaces
• Inspect vehicles for imperfections and report any issues to management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing bay and equipment
• Preparing vehicles for photography and delivery
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain consistent quality standards

• Previous experience in automotive detailing or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
