Junior Acquisitions Specialist

RP Exotics buys and sells high-end exotic and luxury vehicles. We're building out our acquisitions team and looking for a hungry, disciplined self-starter to join us on the ground floor.

You'll work our private party lead pipeline every day: finding sellers, making contact, and delivering qualified opportunities to our senior buyer. This is a high-volume, process-driven seat. You hit your numbers, you learn the business, and you move up.

• Work our private party lead pipeline every day to find potential sellers
• Make first contact with sellers and build rapport
• Qualify opportunities and deliver them to our senior buyer
• Hit your activity and performance numbers in a high-volume, process-driven seat
• Stay disciplined and organized so no lead slips

• You know cars. You can identify a trim level, read a Carfax, and spot a red flag.
• Strong written communication. You'll live in messages and DMs.
• Disciplined and competitive. You work a list and don't let things slip.
• Ambitious. This is the bottom rung of a real career ladder. We promote from within and we're building fast.

• Compensation: base plus performance incentives
